Henry Silcock has been a mathematician, computer scientist and professor, programmer, lead engineer, system architect, VP engineering, CTO of an Internet startup, CTO of a small business defense contractor, director of special projects, corporate strategic leader, and most recently the founder of TwoRabbits Advisors, an independent consultancy specializing in cybersecurity, process improvement and regulatory compliance.
From 2009-2021, Henry was Chief Technology Officer and Director of Special Projects at Mikros Systems Corporation, a Pennsylvania-based small business defense company recently acquired by Noblis MSD. For over 30 years he has been a process-oriented senior manager and leader in technical and corporate roles for high-tech small businesses. His recent experience includes cybersecurity for both controlled unclassified (CUI) and classified processing, ISO 9001 quality systems, and electronic systems architecture and development. Henry has written many winning proposals, a few published papers including in IEEE journals, and one patent.
Henry currently sits on the Cybersecurity Advisory Board for Ithaca College NY. He has a B.A. in Mathematics from Cambridge University, where he was a Munro Scholar at Queens’ College, and an M.S. in Computer Science from SUNY Albany, NY.
